Mr. Chokshi has been in the business for 30 years and has extensive experience as a principal-in-charge and as project manager in design of major HVAC engineering efforts for multi-purpose, commercial, civic, and healthcare projects. In addition, Mr. Chokshi manages multi-discipline engineering design teams for large scale projects, and is an expert in energy efficient design. Jay's project/client experience includes PG&E, Qualcomm, One Market Lobby Renovation, Kaiser Permanente, Adobe, Apple Computer, Mineta San Jose International Airport, and the Fairmont Hotel.
